FOUNDER
Emmanuel Leo Quaicoe is the founder of Heavenly Vision Church and other ministries and businesses. He received the vision of HVC in 2015. Through the vision, God led him to be equipped through some churches. The vision to prepare, and strengthen Gods people has always been with him and preserve him through it all, helping him to learn and depend on God only.
